Toolmaking : Balance between technology and economy

The construction phase is followed by the construction of a tool - from simple to very complex. Here, we create tailor made solutions with specialized partners, using the latest manufacturing technologies and taking into consideration durable tool functionalities. We manufacture tools with moving elements, multi component tools, hybrid tools, stack mold or cube molds. The tools are designed based on quality oriented and economic aspects - the perfect balance makes the tool successful. The tools are of course signed off on site at CosMed, under series conditions. For this, a whole range of different injection molding machines are available.
