When it needs to be fast: Prototyping

In order to achieve a first product sample or model, quickly and cost-effectively in the development phase, we use prototyping or even rapid prototyping. Based on digital design data, we produce models and samples with a generative manufacturing process. This means that design optimizations can be detected quickly and subsequently implemented cost-effectively. Subsequent changes or corrective grinding on an injection molding tool are very complex and expensive as a rule. However, prototyping also creates the possibility of making functions or assembly samples clear and tangible to our customers very quickly. Combined with the design, we accelerate the design and construction process for a product. This means that we implement projects quickly and economically.
