An idea is one thing - making this into a product suitable for mass production is another. However, the design is at the heart of our development work. In the third development stage, the mass producible tool is constructed for the series production process, and checked for plausibility. In this phase, we decide together with the customer, which material should be injection molded, how many cavities are sensible and economical for the manufacturing process, and calculate the cycle times on the basis of simulation technology. The design combines the qualitative standards with economic ambitions.
